Do you sell replacement parts?

We do not sell door components or hardware separate from the unit unless the door is sold by our store. 

In that case, if the part is under warranty, we will do one of the followings :

• File a warranty claim on your behalf to obtain the part.
• If the product is in our inventory, we will ship at no cost.
• Will direct you to the part manufacturer and will help you find the part number for your claim.
• We will of an alternative.
   

In that case, if the part is not under warranty, we will do one of the followings:

• If the product is in our inventory, we will ship at a cost.
• Will direct you to the part manufacturer and will help you find the part number for your order.
• We will of an alternative.
